As coffee's ingredients rapidly enter the brain and interfere with adenosine and its receptors, it is not surprising that it has been associated with <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1136\/practneurol-2015-001162\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a reduced risk of depression, Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studies have shown that moderate coffee consumption is also associated with a lower risk of <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1161\/circheartfailure.112.967299\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heart failure<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1056\/nejmoa1112010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heart and respiratory diseases, strokes, injuries and accidents, diabetes, infections and mortality in general<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>WHEN TO CONSUME CAFFEINE<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One question is whether it matters when coffee is consumed.
