My name is Nikos Krontiris and thank you for your visit. I hope you will continue to come back often and keep up to date on health, nutrition and fitness.<\/p>\n
My mission is to help people achieve the fitness and figure they have always dreamed of, regardless of their age AND STAY THERE. FOREVER.<\/p>\n
That's why I founded Suprastratum. Being aware of the pathologies and follies of the health and wellness industry, I thought it was time for a company that would not make fun of its clients, nor would it give generic copy\/paste solutions to everyone, but would treat them individually and provide solutions permanently, according to the specificities of each one and according to their daily needs.<\/p>\n

There are well-known celebrities who pay thousands of euros to dieticians so that they can take portable coolers with them everywhere they go. Compare this ideology with ours: I want people to be able to eat whatever they want, as strange as that sounds. Scientific research, exactly what we follow at Suprastratum that is, says that there is no need for either exhaustive diets or a miserable diet. If you want to forget the \"one 2% yoghurt and a toast for dinner\" antics you are in the right place.<\/p>\n

With this in mind, it's no wonder why so many people end up giving up both dieting and exercise. \"Too bad for nothing.\" Too much sacrifice, too much effort. So you or your child are having a birthday party and you can't eat some cake? And you can't go out with your friends at all during this whole period? These big sacrifices for very small returns are a reality with conventional ways of dealing with these issues. Not just in terms of diet and nutrition, but also in terms of fitness.<\/p>\n

And here we come to the reason for the existence of this blog. My personal goal is to give knowledge to the everyday person so that they don't get suckered in by the easy tricks of scammers.
